Anna is a AUT University graduate who grew up in a small town where she was involved in sports from a young age. Over time, she developed many injuries, leading her to physiotherapy which helped her return to the activities she loved.

These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, with a passion for helping others recover and get back to their own activities.

Outside of work, Anna enjoy reformer Pilates and running, having completed her first marathon in 2024.
