Originally from Brazil, Lucas is a focused and motivated physiotherapist and sports scientist who believes in an active and evidence-based approach. He has experienced a range of orthopedic and sports settings in both the public and private sector, and has worked with all types of high-demand athletes from teenagers to professional players and in a range of situations.

Lucas has great experience in pitch-side support, and has a real focus on strength and conditioning, postoperative rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Interstingly, Lucas has also worked with professional ballet dancers, and has experience as a sports researcher and a clinical preceptor in the areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and orthopedics for physiotherapy students. He also has a number of published research articles in the fields of rehabilitation and sports medicine/performance.
